SOLUTIONS · SELLING ON INSTALMENTS

The device is the collateral.

Enrol each device at the counter, set your own plan in UZS, and let the reminders run. Seven days past due, the device locks until the payment lands.

IN YOUR CONSOLE

Every plan, and the device attached to it.

Overdue and locked are states you can see at a glance, not something you reconcile from a spreadsheet at the end of the month.

  • Enrolment at the point of sale
  • Plans priced and scheduled dynamically
  • SMS payment reminders
  • Device lock at seven days overdue
  • Passwordless portal for the customer
  • Append-only audit of every action
HOW IT WORKS

From the counter to the last instalment.

Set-up happens once, with us. After that every sale you make follows the same four steps, and the device carries the risk instead of you.

01

Enrol at the sale

Scan the serial before the box leaves the counter. It is registered to your organisation and managed from first boot.

02

Set the plan

Down payment, number of months, and the day it falls due.

03

Reminders run themselves

An SMS three days before the due date, another on the day, and one every day it slips.

04

Seven days late, it locks

The device shows your message and stops being useful until the payment lands. Unlocking is immediate.

THE MECHANIC

What happens when a payment is late.

Nothing here is a surprise to the customer. Every step below is visible in their portal from the day they buy, and the lock date is on screen long before it arrives.

Three days before

An SMS goes out three days before the instalment is due. Nothing changes on the device.

Due day

A second SMS on the morning it falls due. The device still works normally.

Day 3

The lock date is named in a warning and shown in the portal. The plan moves to Overdue.

Day 7

The device locks and shows your message. Emergency calls still work. Nothing is erased.

Paid

The payment lands and the device unlocks within seconds.

Seven days is the default, not a rule — you set every rung of this ladder yourself, or turn the lock off entirely. The lock uses the platform’s own lost-device mode on a managed device: it survives a reboot, the customer cannot clear it, and it never touches their photos, messages or accounts.

FOR THE CUSTOMER

No app. No password. No phone calls.

Your customer opens a link, confirms with a Telegram code or Face ID, and sees exactly what they have paid, what is left, and when the next instalment falls due.

  • Phone number and a one-time Telegram code — no password to forget
  • Face ID or Touch ID on every visit after the first
  • The full schedule in UZS: paid, remaining, and the next due date
  • The lock date shown from day one, never sprung as a surprise
